BELGIAN TEA CAKE


Ingredients imperial
3oz BUTTER 3oz SUGAR
1 1/2 cups S.R. flour
Pinch salt topping
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teasponn cinnomn
1 apple

3oz butter
3oz sugar
1 egg
250 (ml) milk
1 1/2 cups S.R.flour
Pinch salt topping
1 Teaspoon sugar
1 Teaspoon cinnamon
1 Apple

Method of cooking

Cream butter and sugar and eggs and beat well, add milk gradually and beat, add sifted flour and salt.
Place mixture in a greased and floured tin.placeE thin slices of apples arranged on top.
Sprinlke with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake in a moderate oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
